Villa Paraiso

We stayed here with our two teenage children and a pair of grandparents. Las Palmas was perfect for us–clean, fabulous view, and in excellent condition. The furniture was up to date and higher end, the entire house was clean and stocked exactly as we had requested. Our housekeeper was amazing–so important to us. Las Palmas in our opinion is an ideal location to access the St Regis, beach clubs and village of Punta de Mita. We spent most time outside on the terrace, enjoying views of the waves and watching the golfers.  Overall a great property!

This location never ever ceases to amaze me! We’ve spent MANY solo and family trips here and this one took the cake!! We’ve golfed, surfed, dined and played in the sand many times but on this trip it was a trip of firsts!  The amenities are great! We rented a car (golf carts can leave the gates) and took the boys into the town where there was a basketball court and there they played nightly before dinner. It was so fun watching them!  We will always be back. Thank you!!

Our family had a wonderful time in a beautiful Las Palmas villa. Punta Mita is our favorite place, and you cannot beat Las Palmas. The beach and Beach Club are wonderful, the restaurant options are great. The Villa itself is beautiful and comfortably decorated. It is fully equipped with anything you need. The back patio and pool are so nice, right on the golf course, a short walk or cart drive to the beach. We had a chef arranged by the house manager – for some breakfasts and some dinners, which was such a lovely treat. The housekeeping service was also great. The kids surfed, paddle boarded, played in the pools. You can get a massage on the beach. We visited the 4 Seasons and the St. Regis – both beautiful and very welcoming. This was our 4th time staying at Punta Mita, always in Las Palmas – and this villa was fantastic. I would highly recommend and will definitely go back.
